Bishkek, Jan. 25, 2018 / Kabar /. Yesterday Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov, on the sidelines of participation in the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos (Switzerland), met with the leadership of Koch Holding, the largest financial and industrial company of the Turkish Republic headed by Director Levent Chakyroglu.
During the meeting, prospects for possible cooperation, as well as attracting investments in the domestic market of the country were discussed, the press service of the Government reported.
The Head of Government said that strong business ties have been established between the business circles of Kyrgyzstan and Turkey. According to the Prime Minister, a large number of foreign businessmen working in Kyrgyzstan are Turkish businessmen.
The sides also discussed the upcoming investment plans of the Turkish Holding Company into the Kyrgyz economy.
Following the meeting, Isakov and the leadership of the Turkish Koch Holding agreed to send experts to study the state of the domestic market in Kyrgyzstan.
As the Turkish side stressed, decisions on specific investments in the market of Kyrgyzstan will be taken after the results of the analysis.
The main spheres of activity of Koch Holding are automobile industry, production of household electrical products, food products, retail trade, energy, financial services, tourism, construction and information technologies.
The share of companies in the Koch Holding constitutes 10% of the total national production of Turkey.
