Bishkek, Feb.15, 2018 / Kabar /. Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of the Kyrgyz Republic considered such key issues as attracting investors to research projects and introducing innovations into practice at their meeting, the press service of the Academy reported.
Chairman of the Department of Chemical, Technological, Medical and Biological and Agricultural Sciences, Corresponding Member of the NAS of Kyrgyzstan, Isabek Ashimov announced the position of the NAS Presidium on following issues. "In current conditions, the most viable vector of the NAS is investment and innovation development, which implies setting up of an economic cycle: maximum use of investments for the extraction of new knowledge and technology; maximum use of new knowledge and technology to create a new scientific product; maximum use of a new scientific product for implementation in production; maximum reinvestment of the received funds in the process of extraction of even more new knowledge and technologies," he said.
The participants of the meeting made proposals on the analysis of scientific developments in terms of investment opportunities, topics of academic forums on investment and innovation, stages of introducing scientific developments, attracting local and foreign investors, increasing the participation of young scientists in international scholarship programs and a number of other issues.
